They have BrightFit, launched June 2021 — nine months before ChatGPT. It's a labor-market recommender, not a 2026-class AI agent. Randstad's GenAI investments live in Randstad Digital, a separate division. No new flagship AI product has launched for RiseSmart outplacement in five years.

Is your platform SOC 2 compliant?

SOC 2 Type II is in progress (Q4 2026). For buyers requiring data residency today, we offer a self-hosted / VPC deployment option — none of LHH, Korn Ferry, INTOO, or Careerminds publish a self-hosted offering.

What about HRIS integrations — Workday, Rippling, SuccessFactors?

Native connectors are on our Q3 2026 roadmap. Worth noting: none of the legacy outplacement vendors publish HRIS integrations either. LHH, RiseSmart, INTOO, and Careerminds all onboard via CSV or manual entry today. We'll be the first AI-native outplacement vendor with native HRIS sync.

Why is your pricing so much lower than LHH and Korn Ferry?

Different cost structure. LHH employs 2,100+ contract coaches across 60 countries. Korn Ferry pays executive coaches. Careerminds just spent $205M acquiring a 1982 brick-and-mortar firm.
