These terms govern your use of AgentApply, operated by Vireo LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
AgentApply is an AI-powered job search assistant that discovers job listings from public job board APIs, scores them against your profile, and helps you prepare application materials. The service is a tool to augment your job search — it does not apply to jobs on your behalf or guarantee employment outcomes.
AgentApply is designed around human oversight. The AI agent curates and prepares — you review and decide. We never submit applications, send emails, or take external actions without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
AgentApply offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect on their account.
Each tier includes a monthly allocation of AI usage credits. Credits are consumed by operations like job scoring, material generation, and coaching. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. If you exhaust your credits, AI-powered features will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you provide (resumes, preferences, profile data). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — job matching, scoring, and material generation. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for purposes beyond delivering the service.
Application materials, coaching insights, interview prep, and other content generated by our AI are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications or any other context. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Job listings displayed in AgentApply are sourced from third-party job board APIs and public career pages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Listings may be expired, filled, or inaccurate. Always verify details on the employer's official site.
We aim to keep AgentApply available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Third-party job board APIs may change or become unavailable, which may affect job discovery.
AgentApply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may delete your account at any time from the Data Management section of your profile. Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes all associated data. Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
